knotted lock

I couldn’t work out why I couldn’t twist the key in the bathroom lock. Investigations were frustrating as everything was jammed together….. due to the hair clip that a small person must have inserted into the lock sometime ago. Since then we’ve forcefully turned the key many times and created this conundrum. Satisfying to resolve.
