Canal

I went by train to Bolton to see the osteopath. I walked home along the canal then up the field. By the time I got home I had walked 5 miles. I was hot and tired. So nice to go out without a cardigan or coat.
The extra is an Adamski effect . The background is Bolton town hall. It isn't perfect but it was fun getting the photo then doing the processing.
