A sweltering Monday but a day to be thankful for here.
It was unbearably hot, 98f in the conservatory.
Earlier I took a sample asked for by tge doctor to the practice. It was not then as hot as later on.
I am trying g to stay calm as the BP comes down.
I am not good at sitting for too long.
