BBQ

Friends from church invited us round for a bbq this evening.

It wasn’t the usual sausage and burger grub.
This was proper good and tasty food - homemade lamb kebabs, spicy beer can style chicken and salted lamb which roasted on the bbq all afternoon.
Lovely thin naan bread and lots of yummy sauces.

I’m not a fan of lamb - I don’t like the lamby flavour but our friends season and spiced all the meat so none of it had that lambyness.
It was so yummy.

As bbq’s go, this was up with the best.
A beautiful balmy evening too, fine wine and great company.
