It has been really hot and sunny today, up to 27c this afternoon. We had the pleasure of Penny’s company for a few hours as she isn’t back at school until tomorrow and mum and dad were both working. She wanted to go for a walk through the woods and across the stepping stones after which she had worked up a good  appetite and ate a huge lunch.
