Oh balls!

Hubbie and I took a drive up to Doune today to visit his parents and his Gran. It was Doune Gala Day and the parade starts from the pub which is a few doors along from their house, so we went along with them to watch the pipe band and all the local kids in fancy dress. This chap was keeping the crowds entertained by doing a bit of juggling but I think he got a bit distracted when the bus drove past as he dropped them and didn't look best pleased about it! Hubbie doesn't go back "home" very often, so had great fun chatting to people from school he hadn't seen for ages and it seemed like every 5 minutes he was darting off to chat to someone else!

We also then drove up to Blackford to visit his sister. It's also their village gala day today and his sister and her husband were hosting the village quiz night in the community centre this evening. We weren't feeling very brainy today so decided to skip that and came back home after dinner!
