Bracklin Falls- popuplar beauty spot

The new bridge is now open across the Bracklin Falls, the old one having been swept away in floods years ago. Finally we can now walk across and see some of the spectacular views upstream.

 The water level is so low that folk were swimming (see extra) and jumping across ( see extra).
 
This popular beauty spot though has to be treated with caution. It’s been the scene of more than one tragedy in the past as shown by  floral tributes nearby.
