Sunday: Castle Gardens Beaumaris

Arrived in Beaumaris at 11 this morning, walked around the Artisan Market hoping to see my friend whom I’d brought some craft materials for but she wasn’t there.

Walked along to the pier, see extra photos. Had coffee and cake at the Bulkeley then visited Castle Gardens which was full of bees and beautiful flowers and plants. Had a chat with the owner who is such a hardworking and lovely person, bought a couple of plants which I’ll blip tomorrow …

Drove along the coast road and there was a queue of traffic - a car towing a boat on a trailer had stopped on Garth Bends because a wheel had snapped off the trailer, fortunately there were men in hi-vis who had taken charge of the situation and were controlling traffic :-)

Quick shop in Waitrose then drove home - car temperature gauge registered 25°C … scorchio …!!
