Bowness

The first day of our Lake District holiday, so lots of driving, but with no major hold ups. Our main stop was at Arley Hall Gardens our first visit to this historic house site. Lovely gardens looking at its best in the sunshine.we stopped for a walk at Kendal and went to the supermarket. After we settled into our timeshare apartment in Bowness, we walked down to the lake to enjoy sunset.
