Norwegian taco

Adrian calls this Norwegian taco and it's one of his favorite dishes when he is back in Norway. I don't agree with him at all, but I am sorry to say that my son is as far from a gourmet ;)
A vegetarian with little interest in food ;) Poor Adrian, we joke a lot about this topic ;)
This evening is the only possibility for Adrian, Maggie to be together with me and Dag. Time has been flying away since they arrived in Norway. Maggie gave Dag three bottles of red wine from a winary near Los Angeles. Such a nice gift :) But we will wait for a special occasion to one, may be the 15. september when I am finally done with all three appartments, Adrians, my mothers and mine :)
