On and off my bike

My middle daughter and I have not ventured out on our bikes since last October. There are various reasons for this but, having been inspired by my youngest daughter running her first half marathon in London this morning in 2 hours, we decided it was about time to take to 2 wheels again.  Unfortunately I fell off before I got off the drive! My fault for not checking my balance. I thought I'd grazed my arm but it was a little worse than that  - a raised flap of skin, blood and swelling. But like a true trooper, I got back on the bike and we managed 7 miles. It's a start...
