Red Admiral

The polytunnel provides an interesting blown out background to some bug shots (and there are LOTs of bugs - I captured this one and let it go outside after grabbing the snap).

Less expected was the Toad in the extras - I put some tools down on the weed matting (which was also being prepped for finally having a sandy gravel base put on top), and was met with some high pitched squeaking. I lifted back the sheet, expected a rodent of some sort. But no. Sitting in a little hollow was a large-ish amphibian instead....
