We had a brilliant evening after yesterday's carnival, having enjoyed the carnival itself.

Today started with a walk over Roundway Hill. We found a proper swing from one of the trees on which Florence and I thoroughly enjoyed swinging on!

Lunch at The Hour Glass was excellent and then we came home to icecream in the garden.

A very hot day. Too hot.
