back on the road

Out for an early bike ride with Anniemay this morning. First since April.  Just a wee jaunt to a cafe for breakfast, but I found it a bit hard going.  The ride, not the breakfast.  

I've got another blood test next week, so it'll be interesting to see if the numbers have changed.  If things have improved, then perhaps I can cut down on the medication.  If not, I'll be stuck with it for a bit longer.
