Labyrinth
It has been a busy and fruitful (literally) day, starting with gathering a small harvest of autumn fruiting raspberries in the fruit cage (more to ripen), then moving on to the brambles which proved to be very successful. After this I moved onto emptying the washing basket and doing various jobs in preparation for our next getaway in the camper van on Monday.
I was very interested to hear about all the sea life spotted by P during her week on Silurian (the research vessel of the Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust) when she popped round with the lovely Lucy for a quick catch-up.
Then it was off to a brief meeting at the Community Orchard to resolve an issue with the access to the new composting toilet. This was when I captured my blip for the day. The labyrinth looked wonderful with the new willow growth wafting in the breeze. I would like to have lingered longer to enjoy the experience but time was marching on.
