Dutch Cheese
Saturday is market day in Woerden, where farmers and suppliers from around the region sell lovely local produce. There were stalls with local apples, honey, flowers and of course cheese!
This stall had a wonderful selection of farm cheeses. We bought a small whole one to take back to Scotland. Apparently, if the cheese is left whole with its waxed rind intact, it will keep up to four months, outside the fridge!
