JERVAULX

I love this place, Jervaulx Abbey, and since I last visited (about 15 years ago), they've added a rather splendid teashop! Tucked away in beautiful countryside, it should be a place of utter peace and calm, except that next to it were hundreds of the noisiest sheep I've ever heard!

(Back home now. I've backblipped from here and it'll probably be ages before I've caught up with everyone, so apologies. It was great, but slightly disorienting, to be computer and phone-free for most of the week.)
