Friends bringing dinner

I think the last visitors of the summer arrived on their sailboat this afternoon… haven’t seen them since before covid.    ..bringing dinner…so how nice is that?    A colleague of H’s he’s known for a long time, retired now.   They used to visit with little kids who now have kids of their own.  This ( or nuthatches ) is all I can come up with tonight.   Time for sleep.
