TFI Friday

It may just have been four days but has been a fantastically long (and annoying) work week. Today had a lot of work going on and Will to go to college enrolment. Last night he mentioned he wanted to change one a-level choice so I had a bit of a scramble this morning to get stuff lined up correctly (60% of this photo are teachers at the college). So we rocked up, I got told I wasn’t needed (by Will), he got sent to all the correct teachers to talk to by Kate. I got a full detailed report of the whole event by Emma which meant I could accept Wills scant description of the full 45 minutes he was in there. And he is all signed up to two maths, engineering and environmental science. The last js the new turn up for the books but he seems happy with it all.

Then back to all of the piles of work. I ran away before 5 to go for a swim in the pool and then out to dinner with my swimming gang. All with our actual clothes on for the whole evening. It was so very lovely.

And now I have two carefully planned days with zero appointments to do as I please. Although an awful lot I want to fit in….
