Zinnia Elegans

Known as youth-and-age, common zinnia or elegant zinnia. They are not native here. These have been planted in a corner of the street by an employee of the city, but as far as I know just because he and his family like it. There are some other flowers in the little flower bed, perhaps I will take one or the other for a future blip.
