After a very early and long drive to Plymouth this morning, I’ve arrived to see my Mum and stepdad for the weekend. They’re doing well. Somewhat fractious with each other, which I totally understand, but physically doing so much better than it looked like this time last year.

We took a drive to the Hoe for an ice-cream, as is the law.
