the rest of the paint off the door frame. A few more to go before it's finished. We had a builder come round to get a quote for getting some electrics and painting done. M cooked a soup for tea. 

The what to put where drama continues about the furniture that is still in storage in Edinburgh. And there is a cat flap to be coverd/patched over. There is a bed platform that has cool stairs. I like the stairs but don't like heights. M dislikes both. He wants to take it out but I think we should keep it. Not sure what to use it for. All the screws that we took out of the walls leave moon shaped craters. After buying a washing machine we realised it will have to be parked while the old kitchen is dismantled.
