Bubbles
I have seen pictures before of flies blowing bubbles but I have never taken one myself. This is a first and I am thrilled. It feels like another achievement in my macrophotography journey. Probably best viewing full screen.
Amongst the numerous theories, the most popular is that they do this to cool themselves. The fly uses the juices from it's stomach, pushing then out through his mouth and them sucking them back in. Nice....
