It's been a lovely warm and sunny September day.

I headed out on an 8 km run up to Moel Maenefa in the Clwydian Hills above the village and then back home to meet the bathroom fitter who we have booked for early October. 

A trip over to Rhyl this afternoon to collect some paint from the Dulux Decorator Centre and a walk along the beach and promenade.

16,500 steps so far today.

Lots of butterflies in the late summer sunshine and a couple of buzzards on the telegraph posts on the way to Rhyl.
