Just Dahlias
Took this one walking back home from the village Health Centre where I had been to give a routine blood sample. They like to take some about once a year to check whether it is still as high a quality as it has always been.
I always have a chuckle with the nurse because it takes them ages to find a vein in my arm for their needle. In fact I know that behind the scenes they call me Mr. Stone.
They managed it after several failed attempts.
My current ebook is called Life Support by Michael Ashcroft and I am learning lots about the huge challenges of running the NHS.
