Start of busy weekend

Was a calmer day.

Tried Waitrose's meal deal for dinner - topside steak, salad, chocolate banoffee & Coogee Bay Shiraz Cabernet for £10. Not bad.

Busy weekend ahead. Tomorrow a hair appointment, picking up clothes from V & drop off at S to take with to Moldova on her TEECH trip in August.

Sunday a walk from us to the Compasses Inn in Holbrook with work colleagues - 15 adults * 6 kids. The pub phoned yesterday afternoon to say they've decided they want our orders in advance. Not everyone works on a Friday, but I got most's order, but then I could not get hold of the pub. I e-mailed it to all the e-mail addresses on the website & business card. They must have received it. I Hope.
