Cards by Candle Light

Friday was such a beautiful day! I reveled in the glorious sunshine, holding my tutoring sessions on the patio in the morning. I practically danced through my midday meetings and errands, so happy to wear a sundress and sandals and be warm! In the evening we had friends over to barbecue steak. We stayed outside until midnight, playing canasta by candle light with the garden torches glowing. Managed to polish off a couple nice bottles of red and indulged in a bit of grappa as well :)

An emergency blip shot at the end of the night - some days are just too full of living to take time to record it as I go. I think that's a good thing. Happy weekend, everyone!
