Blomstrandhamna
After the excitement of the bears we sailed/motored north through Forlandsundet towards the Kongsfjord. A beautiful anchorage at the foot of another glacier - we circumnavigated the island just south of us in the dinghy, passing through a glorious ice field full of sea birds - especially puffins and guillemots. Because of the the wind forecast for the next few days, this was going to be our northernmost point, at just over 79 degrees north, so we fished a lump of glacial ice out of the bay to put in our celebratory gin.
