Beautiful day
I went in to the office this morning. My colleague mentioned that Dave our senior manager was in Edinburgh yesterday. I tried my luck and messaged him and he invited to meet for coffee. I found it strange that he was so tall and looked so tiny in camera, highly deceptive webcam.
Along with Vijay and Murray, I had lunch and our discussion revolved around mortgage and house prices.
I left at 4:30 because I had my pottery class at Abbey Hill. Frances Priest, my wonderful teacher welcomed me as the first student in the class. I really like Frances, such a kind teacher. She built on top of what Mella had introduced before about glazes. Most of knew what we were doing besides Alice who missed the last class. Frances helped me with my dilemma on glazing, and in bringing some of the ideas to light.
Towards the end of the class, Frances took us to her amazing studio. I recognised some of the pieces and told her that they look similar to the glass blowing techniques I have been watching in France.
Later, Uist my mate from pottery class backed out of going to the pub. So I went to Regents with Alice and Issy. We had some pints and popcorn and spoke about lot of things from mental illness, neurodivergence go our lives. We parted ways at 12:30 am. It was a struggle to walk home that late and with my phone discharged, but I managed.
