A gift

I had one of these plants in my garden and, as I thought it was growing too big, I gave it away.
Every time I see them with rain on their leathery, shiny, smooth leaves, as I did today, I regret parting with it and want another
My garden is still as tiny as it was.
Sometimes it's good to let things go and thoughts float away, to find pleasure in experiencing, not owning.
