Busy day

This birdbath was a birthday present from my parents. In the garden on the ward where J has been there’s a birdbath with a little fountain in it. So J suggested that I should get one. It was delivered whilst I was out at a meeting this morning, so I took 5 minutes to try it out between calls and emails this afternoon so I could show J a picture when I visited after tea.

Useful general conversation with someone from the community mental health team this afternoon, who confirmed that my thoughts about support sounded feasible and sensible. Hopefully the assigned care coordinator will be back in work next week so we can start to get plans in place. We’ve a meeting with the consultant tomorrow morning, so hopefully we can get a date for the OT to come out to do some assessments (including about the stairs!)
