The only Lake in the Lake District

A couple of days off after what has felt a hectic recent spell. 
So after a small bit of admin off to the gym with a plan to swim afterwards. Forgot it's still holiday season and the pool was in fact full of bouncy castle paraphernalia, so a session on the stepper.
Didn't feel right being thwarted..... hmmm.... open water swim stuff in the van... so off to the lake it was. 

This evening a Mountain Training trustee meeting, positive things ahead.
