Walking

Shoulder was very painful this morning but I went to Carr Mill Dam (in my home town of St Helens) and had a walk around it. The pain hurts more (or seems to do) when you are doing nothing!
Had a lovely walk and there were plenty of walkers and dog walkers about. some I passed twice as we were going around the dam in opposite directions.
It didn't rain at all, which was good, especially as the forecast had said light rain and a breeze. It was a little breezy in exposed parts but a lot of the walk is through sheltered spots under trees.
Had to have a late afternoon nap due to not enough sleep overnight - again. 
Have chatted to son John on the phone after my nap and my Daughter Karen rang from the airport at Bodrum this evening - their flight home is delayed by 1.25 hours - and she was hoping that was the only delay.
Terry did more jet washing today - all the back garden areas. He just finished when it started to rain!
