Red Berries

This cluster of berries belongs to a Viburum Opulus probably better known as a Guelder Rose. 

It's a spreading, deciduous, upright shrub and can reach a height of 4m which is somewhat taller than me! 
It has large white flowers in summer and red berries in the autumn which many of our little birds, like Bullfinches, just love.

A lovely warm day .... start of an Indian summer perhaps!
