new/blue moon

I spent hours last night taking photographs of the moon, first from the front garden just before midnight.  I could see it shining behind clouds.  It was creating a lot of light, but no round moon.  I went to bed, but couldn't sleep as I kept getting up to see the progress it was making across the sky . Then finally I woke up about 3.30 and could see that the sky was clear and I managed to get these shots. I like the one with the tree leaves best, but obviously it's the leaves that have the focus.
