Current Book - 48

Although we had a fantastic time visiting Hilbre Island yesterday on the downside I slipped and fell awkwardly on slippery stones while leaving the island. This meant a very painful walk and drive back. I seem to have sprained/torn a hamstring so I decided to give Burton a miss and give my leg a rest. I hope it clears up quickly but I won't be walking any long distances in the near future.
