Sake

Turns out that buying a bottle of sake isn't quite as simple as it sounds. To the uninitiated it would seem that sake is much like wine in that there are endless types, vintages, flavours, sparkling or still kinds and an eye watering range of grades from something that would power a moped to a some premium, super smooth and super expensive drinks. Buying a bottle as a gift is a bit of a minefield and after all that I'm still non the wiser about the bottle I ended up with - lets hope that the host isn't offended!
