Picky Tea?

I have no idea what Steve was calling this but apparently we had a picky Tea / supper or whatever tonight.  It was actually quite nice and a good mix of carbs and protein after a rather challenging training run.   Challenging because another crazy long day at work and very little sleep last night because Phoebe felt like going wandering around the bedroom every hour on the hour.   

I need some peace and quiet!
