Forgot to take a photo but this photo summed up some of our training today.
Initially we covered child protection…tough stuff. Then we did school culture and at length discussed behaviour. It is particularly good in this school especially compared to others I have worked in….but we all agreed that it is slipping and so would focus on manners. This photo made me laugh.

A long day but nice to be back.
