Today we travelled up to Beamish, an open air museum which brings the history of North East England to life at 1820s Pockerley, a 1900s Town, a 1900s Pit Village, a 1940s Farm and a 1950s Town. It was featured on BBC’s Masterchef last night. Beamish is incredible! So evocative and brings long-buried memories to the fore.
