Rosa Regosa

A nice morning , so decided after the laundry sorted I would do a yomp as hadn't done one for a while because of the rain. 3.44miles later I am back home. Took me a bit longer than I thought, as I stopped and talked to a couple of people without pausing the clock. so instead of 23min went up to 26.20 a mile. But 8853 steps. :-) Saw the rosa on my route.

This afternoon an appointment at Specsavers, all is well, just needed to upgrade my reading glasses. on a 2for 1 offer, and pick them up week saturday :-)
