Birthday Girl

Last year whilst watching the Caroline Quentin programme on Cornwall she featured "The Hidden Hut" a large hut at Porthcurnick Beach on The Roseland that serves exquisite food on selected nights.

Places can only be reserved online and a whole seasons nights will sell out in thirty minutes.

I got places for the night closest to Clare's birthday, tonight, and invited Ben and Carolyn to join us.
The sun shone, the views as ever were stunning and the food brilliant.

We celebrated Clare's birthday and then drove back via the King Harry ferry to Events Square so that the ladies could finish the night with cocktails.

The very lovely Clare deserves a bit of pampering, studying, essays, placements, housework, children and me, more than enough I think.
