had appointment with solicitor to have signature witnessed to do with mum’s will,  but it turned out i need a notary…….Oswestry has no such thing as a notary,…..thank goodness for google, found one in Shrewsbury and am in touch with her…..
popped into Boots for some stuff then home….

this afternoon there’s a bbq here in Ashwood but seeing i have a gp phone appointment the staff kindly brought me a plate of food…..

finally gp rang, i’m back on losartan, bloodtest in 2 weeks, and a week’s bp readings in a month….i described the pain on the inside of my elbow, which is golfer’s elbow……the physio sends me some exercises….but i am also treating it with anti inflammatory meds….
