It runs in the family
This is Emily, Eve's sister. She says hi. You should stop by her blip and say 'hi' too.
Emily just came back from Vietnam, where she'd been working, to Switzerland and then popped across to Warwick to visit lil sis and catch up after a long time abroad. Eve was unfortunately preoccupied with her first exam today! Personally I feel like the first one is the toughest, mentally, and then once things start you end up in the swing of things. It's difficult to maintain motivation when everyone else is finished and you have to study, but she's doing amazingly.
Emily and I went on a walk about campus and then a trip in to Leamington where we bumped briefly in to Matt and then in search for a place to get a drink, we found The Wood Tavern. It's a couple of streets back from the parade on Regent Street, and very nice it is too. They had a cosy beer garden which allowed me to start my farmer's tan, and I was rather successful (a little too much, in all honesty). We had a great chat ranging from working aboard, work, uni life, drinking, The Apprentice and a whole host of other subjects in between. Still, several strong pints of cider later* we went up the Duke to meet Eve who had just finished her first exam, and grab a bite to eat, as it was a Monday, and Monday = Duke's. The result was another excellent chilled out meal on the rooftop terrace and it was a great night. We even saw The Bro suited up after his first day at his research internship.
Peace
*Being a Sieradzka, alcohol was definitely on the cards, however Eve definitely got the 'alcohol tolerance' gene; we were pretty tipsy after just a couple of pints.

The photo isn't brilliantly composed, I was trying to get some symmetry between Emily talking looking at her pint and the man on the wall enjoying the multitude of pints being served to him. There's too much 'head space', I know.
