Charging

Lots about expansion of ULEZ in London - charging was brought in by Boris Johnson which a lot of people seem to forget, and if my crappy Toyota doesn't need to pay then I'm sure most cars won't have to. Would be nice to switch to electric but can't afford one. Good to see a growing number of charge points outside the local library.
