Switch

A quiet day, with some admin and laundry at home then I took my old camera to the shop in Morningside hoping to sell it (they weren’t interested!). Had a pootle around the charity shops there (found HS serving in one of them which was a shock!) and walked over to Bruntsfield to get a card for V and managed to find a necklace I’d been looking for.
Home and had some lunch then met up with HB for tea and chat. Really enjoyed seeing her and catching up and we talked for ages, then home.
Gail Turpin, the artist whose limited edition print I’d seen in the SSA exhibition earlier this year, brought one round having had it framed for me. I faffed about a bit hanging it…in the place I’d planned to put it there were too many reflections of light from the windows, so I swapped it with another large one and I’ll see how it feels hanging behind the TV.
Courgette and leek slow cooked sauce for pasta at supper time then did some packing for tomorrow.
