Passages

Out on the bike for a chunk of time, out to Linlithgow and Beecraigs....The Bathgate Alps no less. Pretty hilly, pretty hard. It's what I wanted, and my legs certainly felt it afterwards.

Out in the evening with a pal to a preview of Passages at The Cameo and then on to a lively Ventoux (8pm on a Tuesday is obviously summat like the new rock'n'roll it seems) for a couple of pints. Home at a sensible hour, work in the morning after all.
