Another otter
I’d like to think the sighting of a third otter around 9.30 am today in Pollok Park was related to my newly honed observation skills. I suspect it is simply chance, and partly due to the dense vegetation along the river banks. This one was much more circumspect under water most of the time popping up to look about occasionally and then it was off. So that’s a total of 4 otters in August, which just about beats my lifetime sightings on the Argyll coast.
Considerably buoyed by this I went to a short challenging yoga session which I enjoyed and will repeat again. No lower backache niggles, yet bending down to empty the dishwasher and turning to stack away plates gets me every time. I have an appointment with a physio in the morning.
Coffee with Penny this afternoon and a trip to the library to collect my reserved book about the Israeli - Palestinian conflict.
