Best of the day (Day 3032)

Off to town this morning to replace a basin I fitted a couple of weeks ago. The basin is moulded into a worktop and sits on a couple of vanity units, but it was damaged when it arrived. Rather than leaving the customer without a basin, I fitted the damaged one while we waited for the new one to arrive.
There was a bit of trim to finish off the units and I was planning on fitting the splashback too. I didn't get the splashback done because the customer had booked in an insulation firm who needed the house empty so they could get their work done. I will get back tomorrow to finish off.
I got out a very very wet wander with Sigyn after lunch. Typically the rain stopped as I got back home.
Off to Stromness to do the hoss chores with my beautiful wife next, and our timing seemed to be pretty much perfect. We got the best of the day.
