Spring onions and camera batteries.

Hello Everyone,

I have been spending a lot of time recently watching YouTube videos about famous photographers and some on street photography. In one of them they said if you’re going out and about with your camera and taking spare batteries put an elastic band on the fully charged ones then when you are fishing around in your camera bag for a battery you can easily identify the charged and uncharged ones.

Even though I’m not a tree hugger I have been recycling the elastic bands from the spring onions for my battery markers…

Today I woke when I woke and went out on my bike for a ride… whilst out I saw Kev one of my oldest cycling mates… We started riding together in 1973 and trained and raced together a lot. Kev had cancer a couple of years ago but is now doing very well and rides his bike every day now he is retired. Hopefully when I get stronger, I can ride with him again.

This afternoon I went shopping for supplies and got some more ingredients for the rice cakes… I got some cinnamon and lemon to try some different flavours (obviously not together).

Tomorrow’s outing on the bike will most likely be on the flat rather than today’s undulating route.

Stay happy, strong, and healthy.

POG,,
